The last weeks of pregnancy are filled with so many emotions: excitement, anticipation... As a Metro Detroit Family Photographer I love it when I get the opportunity to photograph expectant mothers just before the new baby arrives, especially with another child. Capturing this period of waiting makes for photos to treasure a lifetime.

This July I got to photograph a beautiful expectant mom and her son in a lovely garden in Detroit. To say this little guy loves his mama, is a true understatement! His love and connection with her is so pure and beautiful. I really look forward to seeing this little guy grow into the role of big brother.
