Lucky me met little Nathaniel while he was still in his mama's tummy! His mom, dad and big brother joined me for a spring session maternity during the spring bloom at the Ford Estate in Grosse Pointe Shores. SE Michigan has a beautiful spring and lots of gorgeous gardens, but honestly, I have yet to find a spot in Metro Detroit that beats the beauty of the Ford House daffodils!

Nathaniel decided to join his family a couple of weeks early. Lucky me was able to photograph him again during his first two weeks of life. Note, most premies can be photographed around their due date.

This little guy was perfect for his first photo session! He was a wonderful sleeper and did not seem to notice the new environment around him. I really enjoyed my morning photographing him!

Congrats again on the addition to your family and enjoy all the moments of this little guy's first year with you!
