Summer Outdoor Newborn Session

I feel like a broken record, but I have to say it again. I love these outdoor newborn sessions! There is just something about the beauty of nature and the peacefulness of a sleeping sweet and innocent baby. I seriously just can not get enough of these sessions.

I photographed this little one last week - the last week of June. Here in Metro Detroit, it was pretty warm and humid last week. The flowers in the rose garden at the Ford House were already gone. Regardless the way the light comes into the garden is amazing and creates a magical setting, perfect for my newborns.

This little one was 29 days new for her photo session with me. She slept like an absolute angel. Like most of the babies I photograph outside, I am convinced she loves being outside.
